pinch of sugar
*bell peppers can be used

Method
Peel, wash and slice onions
Slice peppers, remove seeds, wash and slice lengthwise
Peel and slice garlic
Put all ingredients in jar
Add pinch of salt and sugar
Fill jar to the top with vinegar
Ready to eat in one week and can be kept in the fridge.
